Address updating products such as NCOA^Link™ require a match on apartment or suite information. When an NCOA^Link record has apartment or suite information, but the client input record is missing that detail, no match is made and a new address is not provided.

Apartment Append is an exclusive Experian tool that will attempt to correct or append apartment information. Any time you request Experian DSF² or NCOA^Link processing with Lorton Data, you can request Apartment Append.

Important: Lorton Data must have a valid Experian NCOA^Link Processing Acknowledgment Form on file before NCOA^Link processing can begin.
