Address updating products such as NCOALink™ require a match on apartment or suite information. When an NCOALink record has apartment or suite information, but the client input record
is missing that detail, no match is made and a new address is not provided.
Apartment Append is an exclusive Experian tool that will attempt to correct or append apartment information. Any time you request Experian DSF2 or NCOALink processing with Lorton Data, you can request Apartment Append.
