Responsibilities include:
Matches vendor invoices with purchase orders to verify pricing and approval of payment.
Enters vendor invoice information into accounting program and reviews for accuracy. Mails out all payments and files vendor invoices.
Creates customer invoices in accounting program and reviews for accuracy. Prints, mails, and files invoices. Performs credit card transactions.
Backs up accounts receivable.
Answers incoming telephone calls on the main line and welcomes on-site visitors.
Assists CEO and CFO with administrative details / duties.
Assists with mailing and shipping. Receives, sorts, and routes mail and packages.
Orders and maintains office supplies.
Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, collating, and shredding.
Provides company-wide support.
Education, experience, and skills required:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
One year experience working in an office setting.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles required.
Computer experience with spreadsheets and word processing software.
Must be detail-oriented and have familiarity with computers.
