Input File Name:
The name of the file you are sending for processing. If you are compressing your file using PKZIP, please give the zip file name as well as the name of the file that you are compressing.
File Type:
Fixed Field=all data elements lined up in columns
Delimited=comma, tab, pipe, tilda, etc.
dBase=dBase3 or .dbf
Number of Records:
The total number of names and address on the file you are sending for processing. We must have at least 100 unique records to run NCOALink™ on a list. Provide record length if you are sending a fixed field text file.

NCOALink - Address change information is provided for mailing list records that match with address change information from the permanent change of address cards filed with the Post Office™. Addresses are standardized for optimum deliverability, and ZIP + 4® codes are added. You can have Lorton Data compare you data to 48 months or 18 months of move data.
Matching Logic For Family Moves: (see note on order form)
Standard: match to last name
Individual: match to the first and last name
Output Options:
Output C will overwrite your original fields with change of address information, or the standardized information if a change of address is unavailable.
Output 800 will append to the end of your fields the standardized information and then the change of address information for a total record length of 800, provided your input record length is under 200. If your input record length is over 200, we will pad to next hundred and then append our information.
Output 500 will append to the end of your fields the standardized information and then the change of address information for a total record length of 500, provided your input record length is under 200. If your input record length is over 200, we will pad to next hundred and then append our information.
Optional Additional Reports:
List of NCOALink Address Changes gives you a listing of your old address on one side of the page and the new address assigned on the other side of the page. This is printed on 8 ½" by 11" paper.
