Monthly Subscription Details

Here are some of the general terms for our monthly subscriptions:

• Use these services in unlimited quantities for one monthly fee: ZIP + 4^®, NCOA^Link®, Duplicate Elimination, Postal Presort (options currently available via automation), DMA Do-Not-Mail suppression, and Printer File Output
• Files submitted for processing using monthly subscriptions need to be formatted for successful automated processing 95% of the time
• Multi-user and pre-paid 12 month discounts are available
• Lorton Data will keep a valid credit card on file for you or your company
• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month and your credit card will be charged on the second business day of each month
• 12 month prepaid subscriptions will automatically renew as 12 month prepaid subscriptions unless converted to a monthly subscription with 10 day advance written notice
• If you are not going to renew your subscription, we require 10 days advance notice in writing
• 12 month prepaid subscription cannot be refunded if you decide to discontinue using the service any time within the 12 months
• Monthly subscriptions cannot be turned off, and then back on again within a 13 month window, without prior approval from Lorton Data
• Credit card charge receipts will be provided upon request
