Loveland Letters

Nothing says romance like a letter from Loveland.  For 69 years, Loveland, Colorado has been taking part in a re-mailing program allowing people to have their valentines postmarked from this enchanting, picturesque city.  To have your letter re-mailed, all you need to do is send it to the Loveland Post Office™ in a larger First-Class™ envelope.  Once it arrives at the Post Office™ the outside envelope will be removed and the inner envelope will be sent with a postmark from Loveland.

Mailer Scorecard

The Mailer Scorecard clearly defines how well mailers are performing when using different USPS™ programs. It provides a complete performance summary of Full-Service Electronic Verification, eInduction, and Seamless Acceptance.   


Currently, the Full-Service Verification error postage assessments are only for review.  Mailers will not be liable to pay for errors until the USPS™ implements the assessments, but tracking the Scorecard now helps to identify errors in eDoc submissions so mailers can fix these issues before the assessments become effective. The Mailer Scorecard is available for any company that submits electronic documentation.

There was a new release of PostalOne!® on Sunday, January 25, 2015 that gives you new business functionality, updates existing features and helps with database maintenance.  You will need to update your PostalOne!® mail.dat client.  Release notes can be found on the USPS™ website
